Job Context
The position is responsible to Manage and Conceptualize the strategies to grow the business, Lead and oversee the implementation of the Company`s long and short term plans in accordance with its strategy and overall operations.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure execution of the dredging, construction & excavation works as per schedule.
Study the structural and architectural design/drawing pertinent to the project and execute construction works accordingly.
Maintain cost control by monitoring monthly actual expenditure with actual works done.
Ensure that all indents for procurement of materials are in conformity both in respect of desired quality & quantity of works that are actually required as per works program for the month.
Ensure that all logistic supports i.e. materials including in-house supplies, drawings, designs, detailing are available on-demand at site
Preparing construction progress report & submit to appropriate higher authority from time to time.
Meeting with the team members and motivate them to contribute their efforts for timely completion of the project in the most cost-effective way.
Always to be vigilant that each and every construction work is being executed as per approved specification and if any defect/error is detected in any construction elements shall immediately inform that to the site in charge.
Checking the bill of the contractors & ensure payment accordingly.
Ensuring the safety and security of man and materials, equipment and other assets of the company allotted for the project.

Additional Requirements
Both males and females are allowed to apply
Minimum 08 Years of relevant dredging experience in any reputed Real Estate/ Group of Company.
Good command over computer, specially in Auto CAD, MS Office / Internet & Email systems
Must be intelligent, hardworking and dedicated with the fitness to work long hours.
Should be dynamic, ability to manage team and have Excellent Leadership Quality and Interpersonal Communication Skills.
